I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. “Truthfully, my favorite economy hotel experience I've ever had. My wife and I stumbled upon this place on the way home from a trip to Chicago a year ago- it was such a great experience that we took our family of 5 back for a weekend trip. “We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves.
